NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Because each Musingly journal is made-to-order, we do not store products in a warehouse, and therefore cannot accept returned items or process exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please email info@shopmusingly.com with a photo of the product and a description of the problem so that we can correct the issue. Please notify us within 25 days of your shipment date.
